With the drastic dangers of climate change up our necks, sustainability is one fine way to preserve what we have. Everyone worldwide is shifting towards renewable energy sources and so are the breweries. Water conservation techniques and eco-friendly packaging to reduce carbon footprint are being adopted globally.

At Catalyst Crafted Ales, we’ve honed the art of barrel-aging and have produced some fine brews like Envy (Rye barrel-aged for 14 months milk stout with oatmeal) and newly introduced Barrel Aged Trappist (Barrel Aged Quadrupel) which are very popular among the locals.
